Project Steering Committee

Thanks for attending our project Steering Committee meetings. We have no additional meetings scheduled.

Welcome!

Bicycling in Billings has evolved immensely since the first bicycle plan was put in place in 1995. Billings has added 35 miles of trails and 5.5 miles of bicycle lanes in this time period, with a flury of additions occuring this summer! There has also been the hiring of an alternate modes coordinator, creation of a Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) and becoming a bronze level Bicycle Friendly Community through the League of American Bicyclists.

This update effort will look at existing infrastructure and utilize public feedback to continue the growth and proper maintenance of bicycle transportation and trail development into the future. Your support will be needed throughout this process. Please check this website often for the latest updates.

The motto for this effort is: “Community through Connections”.
